We want you to love your Asian beauty haul, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on most unopened and unused items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, skincare and cosmetic products must be in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original boxes, ensuring all protective seals are intact to meet our safety and quality standards.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request approval.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
